Come join us, celebrate the gift of yoga and help further the work of two wonderful service projects!  

Our morning celebration includes the following:

• Beginning Hatha Yoga with Steve -9-10AM
• Promoting Inner Peace and Outer Bliss:  Applying the Principals of Yoga - 10-11AM
• Yoga for Stressful times with Meg - 11AM-112Noon
• Basic Astrology Readings offered from 9-10 (bring your birth date, birth time and location)
• Warm Tea and Organic Snacks will will be shared

Cost: Donations accepted for Sunlight of the Spirit Food Pantry and the MSI Loving Kindness Meditation Project .
