Join Ruth Sharon for a special yoga session to clear the energy pathways and open the way for a healthy, satisfying and joyful new year!

We will breathe, meditate, visualize, journal and discuss ways to awaken our energy, feel more alive and resilient.  Chakras, or wheels of energy, will be our focus.

Come in comfortable clothing; bring a journal and delicious, healthful food to share; $10 suggested donation.
