You will go through Breathing techniques, Postures and much more in a special constructed class. You can be a beginnner or experienced, just enjoy the class

Yogi is coaching since last 28 years. He certified from India and USA - Yoga Alliance as E-RYT 500.

Individual and corporate coaching available at reasonable cost.
