The Yoga Teachers' Group, Inc. is offering to any and all "Baby Boomers" a free Saturday morning January 23,2010 Beginner Yoga Class.  The class will run from 8:00AM to 9:00AM. 

If you have ever wanted to try Yoga and live in the western suburbs of Chicago,  bring a mat, wear comfortable clothing, get a friend to join you and come on by.

The class will be 45 minutes of beginner poses and 15 minutes of meditation. 

Laugh, stretch, breathe and have fun at your first Yoga Class.

Cost: FREE!
