Chris and Daya Devi-Doolin, Directors of The Doolin Healing Sanctuary & Yoga Center, aka Level Seven Duo, brought YogaDaya USA to the Osceola County Libraries.
They presented (4) 1 Hr programs free to the 4 different libraries. They taught Hatha Yoga postures, yoga mudras, breathing techniques, meditation techniques and original music for stress reduction and rejuvenation.
People participated in the postures and breathing, somtimes for the first time in their life. There were many relaxed, happy, smiling faces at the conclusion of our programs.
