The true spirit of UNITY was expressed and felt throughout the community on YOGA DAY USA:

In Lake County, Illinois.

Hundreds of participants enjoyed the free services and classes generously donated

Event was hosted by LHFC.

TASTE OF YOGA included a FULL MENU:

YOGA for all ages and abilities were offered.

This was a real community sharing and caring event with participants opting to donate food to a local food pantry.
